December/2013 Pics

Here are some pictures I took this month:

Christmas. Duh.

The Sunday morning essentials. (You can read my review of One Fifth Avenue here.)

And a moody picture of my office window. Just because.

And in the spirit of ending yet another year, here are some of my favorite images from 2013:

Cheyenne, baby!

I also had a soiree at the Red Rocks in Colorado, which is apparently where The Lion King took place.

But of course, let’s not forget about the pretty things in my own backyard.

And here’s another exciting image: the LAST PICTURE I WILL EVER TAKE WITH MY CRAPPY OLD CAMERA.

I pretty much stopped trying to make the pictures good at this point.

That’s my new Nikon Coolpix L820. I just got it in the mail last night, so I haven’t had much time to play with it. I did, however, somehow manage to get this image of what appears to be my television vomiting the Thor DVD menu:

Happy New Year everybody!

  1. I hope your television has recovered from its illness.

  2. So…definitely creeping back on old entries, but I just noticed we have the same camera! (Which is kinda awesome.)

  3. Yay! I like this camera. The battery compartment cover isn’t broken, a big improvement on my old camera.
