Chicken Meatballs

Occasionally I like to make up my own recipes. That’s what I did for my supper last night, when I made chicken meatballs.

When I’m making a recipe up, I go for simplicity, and these are super simple to make. I just put some ground chicken in a bowl, mixed it up with garlic powder, parsley flakes, and pepper, then rolled it into small balls and baked them at 375 for 25 minutes.

The result: not too bad! Although they probably could have used just a smidge more seasoning.

I’ve also done this with ground turkey, which works just as well.

Anyone else make up their own recipes?
